A Virtual Consultation is an individualized way to support you while you are staying safe at home, so that we can continue to achieve your health goals outside of the clinic. Each consult includes various techniques such as: emotional support, nutritional counseling, exercise recommendations, herbal medicine prescription, ear seeds guidance, acupressure instruction and more!

Chinese Medicine
In TCM, herbal formulas are often customized to treat specific conditions and restore balance. Nutritional recommendations for food and beverages are based their energetic properties to support health and balance.
Qigong and Tai Chi includes mind-body exercises that involve gentle movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to enhance energy flow and mental clarity.
